wow, watching that video really affected me. in second grade my best friend shaye and i would scrounge around for $4 then walk across the bridge to main street, valatie, buy a roast beef sub at franks deli and rent CONTRA.
there was something about being a buff shirtless acrobat with a machine gun that really appealed to me. it was my favorite game.
