The Tool Concert

1. This is the third Tool concert I've attended, also the shortest (just over an hour)
2. Before the show we went to moxie's and the waiter was new and nervous.
3. 80% of the audience wore black.
4. I would say approx. 30% of people were wearing Tool shirts to the Tool concert, which is, in my opinion,
a cultural faux pas.
5. There were, in attendance, quite a few teenagers. The elitist in me kept thinking " i was listening to Tool
when you toddlers were in kindygarden" I can't help it.
6. There was no ridiculous moshing or crowd surfing, there never is at a Tool show.
7. Angela forgot her earplugs so I fashioned her some using fabric I tore from my jeans and a gum wrapper.
8. It didn't help though because today Ang thinks she badly damaged her ear drums and wants to go to the
doctor.
9. I guess it was pretty loud.
10. My ears are fine.
11. Tool is still the one of the greatest bands ever.

12. Maynard James Keenan is like a sexy crazy robot sheriff praying mantis creature man-thing . He moves
his body like a larvae. I heart him.
