I loved Waiting For Guffman. I loved Best in Show. I even really liked A Mighty Wind. I had high hopes for "For Your Consideration". I was disappointed. There were some choice moments (O'Hara and Coolidge were great, as were Jane Lynch and Fred Willard, the best performance was given by John Michael Higgins as super wierd publicist Corey Taft) but not enough to rank this anywhere near your previous efforts. I like what you do with the mockumentary genre, I wish this had been in that style. This felt sloppy and rushed at the end. Meh. Maybe it'll improve with multiple viewings.
